One Bromley Local Care Partnership commits to supporting unpaid carers

Dysart Surgery is part of One Bromley and is committed to a common approach on how unpaid carers are engaged, supported, and consulted.  Launched during Carers Week 2024 and developed with carers involvement, the charter has four main principles: –

•     staff training and awareness,

•     providing personalised information and support,

•     actively identifying carers and

•     involving them as key partners when commissioning carers’ support services.
